WE ARE A SOFTWARE FINTECH COMPANY
WE ARE A SOFTWARE FINTECH COMPANY.
We build custom financial operations systems and ready-to-deploy software for online lending, financial services and business management: credit applications, anti-fraud, scoring, loans, billing, payments, collection, CRM, BI, APIs, bots and AI. Our core product is Covenant Desk Lending.
Covenant Desk gives credit, operations, and management teams a permission-scoped management portal with global borrower search, inquiries inbox, Customer 360 profiles, cross-company exposure, repayment notice queues, document processing, and audit-ready records — including multi-company federation from one login.
Inquiries inbox routes new prospects and returning clients through claim, underwrite, approve with terms, and disbursement — with affordability checks and CDS-ready application records.
Consolidated repayment notices, overdue queues, multi-company exposure, and instruct-only FPS/eDDA repayment workflows help teams service portfolios with accuracy and accountability.
Most Hong Kong licensed lenders still coordinate intake, underwriting, and repayment follow-up across Excel trackers, email, WhatsApp, and per-company loan ledgers. Covenant Desk Lending is a complete system with its own database. If you already run Softmedia, TE Credit or spreadsheets, your records import into it — that is a migration path, not a dependency.
Covenant Desk connects to existing loan ledgers and syncs borrower records into one permission-scoped workspace. for Softmedia overlay details.
Seven lending product lines on one platform, plus the AI, borrower self-service and CDS-ready layers that run across all of them. Each card says whether it is available now or built for you, so you know which you are reading before you click.
The whole loan in one system: enquiries, identity checks, your scoring rules, agreements, repayments and collections.

No. Covenant Desk is lending operations software. Participating lenders provide actual terms and make all lending decisions.
As of 26 August 2026, it is the aggregate number of borrower records managed across corporate clients using Covenant Desk Lending. It is not a Grand Finance-only result, does not mean every record is an active borrower or direct software user, and all other client identities remain confidential.
Covenant Desk supports multi-company federation from one login while keeping records scoped by company, role, and permission. Cross-company borrower views use audited exact-HKID lookup rules.
Getting into your own workspace takes about 15 minutes: buy a plan at checkout, receive your portal link, and register your first staff user immediately, with no sales call or site visit in between. That is account and workspace setup — not a full migration. Configuring products, roles and company scope is usually same-day or a short implementation, and moving an existing portfolio across depends on the state of your current records. The demo scopes those last two.
Use the demo to map user roles, company access, borrower consent points, and what data each team should see before production setup.
Covenant Desk syncs borrower and loan records from connected source systems such as Softmedia into a company-owned database. It holds your borrower records in its own database, and imports what you already hold elsewhere so search, exposure and repayment visibility work from day one.
Yes. Many lenders begin with the management portal and repayment operations, then add marketplace intake or the client app when the team is ready. The demo should identify your first workflow priority.
Covenant Desk structures application, approved terms, and repayment data for lender export ahead of the proposed CDS rules dated 1 June 2027. Lenders remain responsible for submission and regulatory interpretation.
AI capabilities read from the same borrower records in the portal and write summaries back into the review trail. Outputs are designed for human review; operations teams control prompt format and emphasis through admin settings.
Starter includes 3 seats, 1 lending company, and 2,000 loan records from HK$2,000/month. Growth includes 10 seats and 10,000 records for a single company. Federation includes 25 seats, 3 lending companies, and 20,000 records. Extra seats are HK$1,000 one-time each; checkout calculates extra companies and record blocks separately.
Checkout to first login in about 15 minutes — then Scope → Design → Build → Scale covers configuration, source-system connection and any portfolio migration.
This is not a savings claim. It helps lenders size the request-review workload that Covenant Desk can structure into queues, profiles, and follow-up paths.
