Overview

One operating view for every borrower across your lending group.

The Management Portal is the staff system at the center of Covenant Desk. It consolidates borrower records from connected source systems into a company-owned database, then exposes that data through search, dashboard views, and deep Customer 360 profiles. Credit, operations, and management teams get a single place to find borrowers, review cross-company exposure, and act on repayment signals — without switching between five separate loan systems.

Role-based access controls mirror real lender org structures: admins see the full group, managers and staff are scoped to their company with controlled cross-company visibility. Every sensitive lookup is audit-logged. The portal is bilingual (English and Traditional Chinese) and designed for daily operational use, not as a public-facing website.

Exact HKID-first lookup

Staff search by HKID, name, loan number, or mobile. Results group by borrower identity — one row per person, not per loan — with active and past loan counts across companies.

Profile

Customer 360 view

Each profile merges application data, partakers, credit reference, DSR, loan history, repayment history, and linked notices into one review surface.

Control

RBAC and audit

Admin, manager, and staff roles with module-level permissions. Cross-company views are scoped and logged. Phone numbers are masked across the system.

Combined search box on the dashboard accepts HKID, English or Chinese name, application number, loan number, and mobile. Results deduplicate by borrower identity across all connected companies.

Repayment notice summary with overdue and upcoming counts, amounts, longest-overdue, and highest-value flags. Company filter pills let staff drill into per-lender sub-views.

Customer 360 profile

Deep profile pages with summary, application info, partakers, credit reference, mortgage, DSR, merged loan history, approval info, repay history, and repay condition modules.

Cross-company exposure

Existing Company Exposure section shows per-company active and total loan counts. Loan history merges sibling records so staff see the borrower's full footprint across the group.

Team and RBAC

Staff levels with module + feature + action permission triples. Admins bypass checks; staff and viewers are constrained by company scope and privilege matrix configuration.

Admin suite

User management, audit log viewer, sync job history, data source inventory, management reports with monthly CSV export, and research cache administration.
