The Management Portal is the staff system at the center of Covenant Desk. It consolidates borrower records from connected source systems into a company-owned database, then exposes that data through search, dashboard views, and deep Customer 360 profiles. Credit, operations, and management teams get a single place to find borrowers, review cross-company exposure, and act on repayment signals — without switching between five separate loan systems.
Role-based access controls mirror real lender org structures: admins see the full group, managers and staff are scoped to their company with controlled cross-company visibility. Every sensitive lookup is audit-logged. The portal is bilingual (English and Traditional Chinese) and designed for daily operational use, not as a public-facing website.
