Repayment Operations

Softmedia notice sync, consolidated dashboard KPIs, overdue and upcoming feeds, notice matching, priority sorting, and manual sync for operations teams.

Overview

Repayment visibility across every company in your lending group.

Repayment Operations connects to your existing loan systems — starting with Softmedia — and pulls overdue and upcoming repayment notices into Covenant Desk's consolidated database. Operations teams get a shared dashboard with KPIs, prioritized worklists, and notice-to-borrower matching — without replacing the source system that holds the loan ledger.

Each notice is matched to a portal borrower record by phone, loan number, or customer name, with a confidence score surfaced in the UI. Staff can filter by company, mode, and date range, trigger manual syncs to refresh data on demand, and follow links directly from a notice to the matched Customer 360 profile for follow-up context.

Sync

Softmedia notice pull

Scheduled and manual sync fetches overdue and upcoming notices from connected Softmedia sources. Current notices stay active; stale records are marked inactive with sync-run health tracked.

Queue

Prioritized worklists

Overdue and upcoming feeds sort by priority — longest overdue, highest amount, and company scope — so teams focus on the cases that need action first.

Match

Notice-to-profile linking

Each notice carries a match confidence score (high, medium, low) linking it to the best-matched borrower profile for coordinated follow-up.

Capabilities

What Repayment Operations puts on the operations desk.

Consolidated notices, dashboard KPIs, and borrower-linked follow-up — without replacing your loan ledger.

01

Consolidated dashboard KPIs

Dashboard summary shows combined overdue and upcoming counts, total amounts, longest-overdue case, and highest-amount notice across all connected companies.

02

Overdue notice feed

/overdue lists all active overdue notices with filters by mode, company, and date range. Each row links to the matched borrower profile or the raw notice detail.

03

Upcoming notice tracking

Upcoming repayment notices appear alongside overdue items so teams can proactively contact borrowers before instalments fall due.

04

Notice matching engine

Notices match to CustomerRecord by phone, loan number, or name. Match confidence (0–100) displays as high, medium, or low pills in the UI.

05

Company-scoped views

Mobile company filter pills on the dashboard let staff drill into per-lender sub-views. Role-based scoping ensures staff see only their authorized companies.

06

Manual and scheduled sync

Staff trigger dashboard manual sync to refresh notices on demand. Scheduled sync routes run via cron with sync-run metadata logged in SoftmediaSyncRun.

Workflows

How operations teams work repayment notices.

Daily operations

Data stays current through scheduled pulls and on-demand refresh.

  • Scheduled sync connects to each company's Softmedia source and fetches active notices.
  • Notices upsert into SoftmediaNotice with matched customer ID and confidence score.
  • Stale notices from prior sync runs are marked inactive automatically.
