Marketplace Intake is an optional borrower-facing channel into the Covenant Desk inquiries inbox. Borrowers browse a lender directory, choose which participating lenders may receive their request, and submit structured application data with explicit consent. Staff receive the same request in one intake queue — whether it arrived from the marketplace, email, WhatsApp, or manual entry.

The core value is one staff queue regardless of channel. Every path normalizes into the same lifecycle: capture, review, approve or reject, and hand off into the Management Portal as a borrower record.

Selected-lender consent

Borrowers pick one or more lenders from the directory before submitting. Each lender only receives the request the borrower explicitly consented to — including top-up and returning-client flows.

Participating lenders appear in a browsable marketplace. Borrowers compare options and select which companies may receive their loan request.

A single submission can route to multiple selected lenders. Each lender sees only the requests the borrower consented to share with them.

Top-up and returning clients

Existing borrowers can request additional facilities or follow-up loans. The intake flow recognizes returning identity and links to prior records where available.

WhatsApp intake

Inbound WhatsApp messages are screened and parsed into structured lead records. Conversational intake captures enquiry details without forcing borrowers onto a web form first.

AI email and document intake

IMAP-connected email accounts feed unread messages through AI extraction. Attachments and body text become structured InboundLead records with confidence scoring for low-quality parses.

Staff intake and queue

Walk-in and phone enquiries enter via manual intake forms. Staff triage pending leads in a company-scoped queue before approving them into live borrower records.
